Our solution for centralized signatures in mail
There can be a lot of reasons for wanting to use a uniform signature within the organization. So in the past we have received a lot of demand for this from our existing customer portfolio.
Why a central signature?
Some reasons why you might want to use a central signature:
- Do you need a unified central signature for all users within the company?
- Do you want this signature to appear under outgoing mail from all devices and not just for Outlook?
- Do you want new users to no longer have to spend time setting up their own signatures and manage them centrally?
- Would you like to be able to make changes within the signature and manage this centrally? (So in 1 place and once)
With the vendor Code Two we have entered into a partnership and with this we facilitate both Code Two Exchange Rules 2016 and Code Two Email Signatures for Office 365. This enables us to provide users with 1 central signature. This can also be self-managed if desired.
On any device
Central NAW data
All user data is stored with us. The data contained therein (name and address data) are taken over in the signature per user. This eliminates the need to set this up separately each time. We set this data with an employment notification
Service
If you want to use a central signature we can set this up correctly for you once. It is also possible to design your own signature with the Code Two application. For this you can use the app.
Manage yourself
Besides the fixed data we have in our system regarding the user, someone within the organization can manage the signature themselves and adjust it if necessary.
Photo in signature
It is also possible to send a photo of an employee with the signature. If you wish we will put the photo once at the user profile after which it will be included by default in the signature per user.
Costs
The costs for the E-mail signature are 1 euro per user per month. (This will insert the signature for this user on all devices) This includes management and support
