10 years of Encis

Exactly 10 years ago my adventure began. From a young age, ICT was my hobby and became my job. As part of the business, I learned where customers' needs were, but I also had a sole proprietorship for over 10 years before I started Encis.

ICT, so to speak, is really my thing. I therefore consider myself lucky to have been able to turn my hobby into my profession.

The last 10 years I have been working for Encis as a freelance businessman

Over the past 10 years, I have learned an enormous amount. I have gained and sometimes lost a lot, and that has only made me stronger. A perfectionist, driven, sociable, committed, a lot of technical knowledge, and communicator I got back from feedback conversations with my colleagues this week. And I take that with me at the end of the year! My perfectionism and drive are sometimes a pitfall, but one that I believe always works to the benefit of the customer

I now have a team of very nice colleagues around me. I could never have done this alone. Without them, Encis would not have been what it is today.

Several customers are still tied to us today who were still customers when I was N Factor. And also a lot of customers have been with us since Encis started. They have always had confidence in Encis and I am immensely proud of that. Because we wouldn't exist without our customers either.

There have been many people over the past 10 years who have assisted me in some way. The lawyer for legal matters, the notary for incorporation, the marketing agency for advertising, the HR consultant, the companies from which we purchase the products for our clients, my brother, and not to forget my dear friend who is always beside me and sometimes advises.

I can't wait to enter the next 10 years!
