I enjoy working with IT in a broad sense. What started as a hobby has grown into a career, and over the years I’ve gained experience across different areas of the IT landscape. At Encis, I find the variety and constant innovation, especially motivating.

I like to understand how things work and enjoy solving complex challenges.

Together with colleagues, I’m always looking for the best approach — whether it’s troubleshooting issues or improving solutions. User experience is always my focus, and I’m curious to see how solutions are used in practice and where they can be further optimized.

Solving problems and finding the right solution gives me a lot of satisfaction. Even when things get busy, I stay focused and make sure my work is done carefully and thoughtfully.
