I joined Encis two years ago.

In my role, I focus on making sure everything runs smoothly. Clear processes, well-planned schedules, and transparency are key — making sure everyone knows where they stand. I enjoy working behind the scenes, keeping everything on track with a keen eye for detail while maintaining the bigger picture.

I get energy from completing tasks and bringing structure to the day — whether it’s organizing a process, providing a clear answer, or helping a colleague move forward.

I value structure, but also the variety that makes every day different, and I enjoy the human connection that comes from working together and solving challenges as a team.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with our horses and dogs — staying active and enjoying time together.
